C-it gaat zorgvuldig met uw persoonlijke gegevens om. Door gebruik te maken van deze site gaat u akkoord met dit Privacy Statement en de conditions of use.

C-it zal nimmer uw gegevens ter beschikking stellen aan derden. Tenzij daartoe aanleiding is en het ook in uw eigen - gekozen - belang zal zijn. In dat geval zal C-it dat expliciet vermelden. C-it zal nimmer commercieel misbruik maken van uw passief of actief verstrekte gegevens.

Op diverse pagina's van de C-it en gelieerde sites stelt C-it u vragen voor een specifiek doel, zoals het plaatsen van een bestelling, persoonlijke gegevens op te geven zoals uw naam, adres en e-mailadres. Daarbij wordt telkens vermeld voor welk doel deze gegevens gebruikt zullen worden. Verwerking van uw persoonlijke gegevens gebeurt op grond van de Nederlandse Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens dat onder beheer staat van het College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Het College houdt toezicht op de naleving en toepassing van deze wet.

De Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens geeft u als sitebezoeker c.q. klant van C-it het recht op inzage. Dit houdt in dat u kunt opvragen welke gegevens er van u zijn geregistreerd en voor welke doeleinden die gegevens worden gebruikt. Indien u alle, door www.c-it.nl en alle gelieerde sites, vastgelegde, persoonsgegevens over uzelf wilt inzien, stuurt dan een schriftelijk verzoek daartoe met een geldig legitimatiebewijs en uw e-mailadres naar C-it – Marspoortstraat 2 – 7201 JB Zutphen.

C-it draagt zorg voor een passende organisatorische, technische en fysieke beveiliging van hun bestanden waarin persoons- en verkeersgegevens worden opgeslagen. Op deze wijze stelt C-it zeker dat deze gegevens alleen toegankelijk zijn voor bevoegde personen en dat de gegevens alleen worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verkregen. Een deel van de gegevens zijn opgeslagen bij derden. C-it heeft een contract met hen. U kunt hier deze aanvullende voorwaarden tussen C-it en deze derde partij downloaden in PDF bestandsformaat.

Voor algemene informatie over de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens en het aanvragen van een brochure kunt u terecht bij de Infolijn van Postbus 51. Deze informatielijn is te bereiken op het gratis telefoonnummer 0800-8051. of via http://www.postbus51.nl/ alwaar de meeste informatie in PDF formaat te verkrijgen is. C-it gebruikt momenteel geen actieve cookies. Wel verzamelt C-it uw gegevens voor cumulatieve sitebezoekstatistieken.
